Harold Beeler is a practicing attorney and a trained divorce mediator in New York. He was a New York State Judge for more than twenty years. During his judicial career, he presided over criminal felony, civil and matrimonial cases. His experience as a matrimonial judge is invaluable. He settled numerous high conflict divorce cases through mediation. He decided every type of issue related to a divorce including grounds for divorce, the equitable distribution of property, spousal maintenance(alimony), child support, parental decision making, parenting plans for access to children, and the validity of separation and prenuptial agreements. He has published many decisions relating to matrimonial law and presided over many high profile cases.
